Vietnamese Pig Herd To Be Developed
Vietnam will soon breed pigs on a much larger scale than before, Husbandry Department Deputy Director Nguyen Thanh Son said at a conference in Ha Noi. The conference was held jointly by Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the US’ National Swine Registry, in order to develop breeding to meet local market demand as well as to export pork.
